The Val-d’Or Native Friendship Centre is a community organisation that is a member of a large movement of friendship centres across Quebec and Canada. It rests on strong foundations, relies on competent human resources and plays an important role in the community. It continues to grow, just like the Aboriginal community it is serving. Strongly rooted, the Friendship Centre has become a beacon, a multi-service centre in a cosmopolitan town where different Aboriginal nations are present.
